Default Wonderful trading experience....

I was trying to buy a Bow Grip of Pruning in game tonight, so I was advertising on the trade channel, and these are the following offers I got.

IMA BOT: I have 29 HP, you buy?

Me: No thanks, I want a grip of pruning.

Nother Bot: Sundering 10/10

Me: Ah, no thanks

Nother Bot: 30k, you look see.

Me: I don't want sundering.

<Nother Bot wants to trade with you>

Me: I'm not buying sundering.

Also Bot: HP +29?

Me: ......

This went on the entire time I was looking for the very specific bow grip that I was very careful to mention everytime I advertised. Tell me this isn't a problem.

yes it is.

i know its been said many times in many threads but something really needs to be done about the bot problem. its very annoying to try to chat something in the trade channel and have multiple bots PM you offering you stuff that you didnt even put in your request/sell ad..

Pruning is godly. I suggest you look for slayer mods on the forums as it's easier and people actually know what you're talking about.

I've never had a bot message me and I camp in Droks Am1.

I agree that they're pretty annoying, but personally, I love to screw around with them. Where are you trading that you are running into so many of them?

To be exact they are not bots. They are "sweatshop farmers",bot implies a piece of code or a script to control the character while the human is AFK.Bots cannot whisper you.

I use the term loosely, but their effect is the same.

Umm - I don't know if I missed the deadly plants in this game, but why would you want pruning? I found an Ebon Longbow of Pruning in Tombs the other night and laughed.... what is it good for?

You really dont have to look that far into Fissure of Woe to see why pruning is useful, like 'hmmm, a forest, i wonder what sorts of monster could be in there?'
